Sex is commonly used as an indicator of a relationship, but it becomes less common the longer a marriage goes on. Couples should cuddle before bed and connect deeply on an emotional and physical level. One study found that sleeping with a partner leads to comfort, joy, love, connection, appreciation and happiness for the vast majority of people. Lowering blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, and reducing inflammation are some of the physical benefits. Emotionally, sharing a bed with someone can lead to less anxiety, a sense of security, better sleep, and greater well-being. Physical contact with other humans increases oxytocin levels. So the chemicals are released and you feel at peace and safe when you jump into bed and spoon honey or get to the next level of intimacy. It’s best to have sex at least once a week. When a relationship is in jeopardy, sex is the first place to go. Sleeping apart at home is another issue, whether it’s because the child is in bed or because the couple is snoring. Parents should be in the bed that serves as the family nest. A house has only one real nest. Unless the parents are there every night, it is better to take the necessary steps to return to the nest. A child should occasionally be in it. In a marriage, we spend more time together than anywhere else. While we are asleep, wonderful animalistic events take place there. During this time, extend your leg over. Hold hands. Get to cuddling. When you least expect it, you might strike it lucky.
